发展西部地方社区大学

在中国的西部大开发中 ,高等教育的缺失是从多方面制约发展速度和规模的关键因素。因此 ,发展西部地方社区大学是西部整体焕发活力 ,并进入可持续发展良性循环的重要举措。这是从教育发展战略、人力资本理论、市场经济理论 ,以及西部社会的现状出发提出的发展构想 ,也是对国家发展高等教育提出的对策建议。

On the Development of Community Colleges in Western Areas

In China's campaign of West Development, the shortage of higher education is one of the key factors hindering the development speed and scale of these areas. Making energetic efforts to develop community colleges in the western areas is of an important step for vitalizing the entire vigor of western areas and bringing the areas onto the track of sustainable development. This idea is not only the result of the author's due analysis of the theories on educational development strategy, human resource capital and market economy as well as the present conditions of the western areas, but also a recommendation for the state to further develop higher education.
