摘    要:正确理解和准确把握继续教育概念与基本特征,是提高继续教育质量和效率的先决条件。大学后在职人员继续教育作为高等教育的延伸和发展,是成人教育的最高层次,具有高层次性、创造性、实用性、多样性、短时性和终身性等基本特征。

Abstract:Understanding and grasping correctly and accurately the concept and basic characteristics of continuing education is a prerequisite to improve quality and efficiency of continuing education. Continuing education in the post - college of in - service personnel as an extension and development of higher education is the highest level of adult education, with the basic characteristics of the high - level, creativity, practicality, diversity, short - term and lifelong.
