坚持以课堂为核心的教学精细化管理

摘    要:以课堂为核心进行教学精细化管理,可以科学地提高教学效率,减轻学生的学业负担,使师生获得快乐的教育教学生活。以课堂为核心的教学精细化管理主要体现在教学常规管理的三个结合、课堂教学研究的五个重视和质量管理的三大措施。其中,以问题为核心的课堂教学案例研究、以看得见进步为目的的教学互助活动、以提高效率为宗旨的"学程导航"范式推进行动、以形成独特教学风格为理想的名师名品项目研究、以共同进步为愿景的区域共同体建设、多元化质量管理等做法颇具创新意识。

Abstract:Delicate administration of classroom-centered teaching may scientifically increase the efficiency of teaching, and relieve students of academic burdens, allowing teachers and students a happy educational life. The type of administration is mainly composed of three combinations of teaching routine administration, five emphases of classroom teaching research, and three measures of quality administration, among which the case study on question-centered teaching, mutual help activity of tangible progress, actions of paradigm-promoting of teaching efficiency, etc. are creative in terms of administrative beliefs.
