| 摘 要： | 以624名高职大学生为研究对象，从系别、性别、年级和就业危机感四个变量上来分析研究学生的时间管理行为，从而得出系别、性别变量对学生时间管理行为影响显著，年级和就业危机感变量对学生时间管理行为的影响并不明显的结论。

| Abstract: | This thesis reports a research that aims to analyze and study students＇ behavior on time management. 624 students in higher vocational colleges have been chosen as representatives and four variables （department, gender, grade and their sense of crisis） been taken into consideration. Research results indicate that two variables, department and gender, exert remarkable influence on students＇ time management behavior while the influence of other two variables, grade and their sense of crisis, is not prominent. |
