| 摘 要： | 隐性思想政治教育的特点主要表现在教育目的的潜隐性、教育内容的广泛性、教育方法的愉悦性、教育过程的互动性、教育结果的持久性；其实施以隐性思想政治教育资源的开发为前提，以价值引导和自主建构原则为保证，以教育者隐性思想政治教育主体意识的增强为关键。
