| 摘 要： | 广西土司制度最终确立于元代。从历史发展的观点来看,广西土司制度产生的源头大体可以追溯到秦汉王朝的"羁縻之治"时代,唐宋羁縻州县制度是广西土司制度的前身,元明广西土司制度由唐宋羁縻州县制度发展与演变而来,两者之间是"源"与"流"的关系。从严格意义上说,广西改土归流开始的时间是在明朝统一广西之初,具体表现为明初在统一广西的过程中实施对钦州七峒长官司的改流,由此揭开了王朝中央在广西民族地区实施改土归流的序幕。历史渊源与改土归流开始的时间问题由此成为土司制度研究中的重要课题。

| Abstract: | Tusi(local tribe chief) system in Guangxi was formally established in Yuan dynasty.Viewed historically,The system can be originated from Ji Mi policy(a mollification policy for minorities or frontier regions in ancient China) in Qin-Han dynasty,while Ji Mi administration system(a system similar to Jimi Policy) in Tang-Song dynasty is the predecessors of Tusi system in Guangxi,and Tusi system in Yuan-Ming dynasty is the development and evolution of Ji Mi policy in Tang-Song dynasty.Practice of Gai Tu Gui Liu(Practice of changing local tribe administration to flexible administration) in Qidong area,Qinzhou,happened during the unification of Guangxi in early Ming dynasty and started the whole reform practiced by central government in minority regions in Guangxi.Therefore,the historical origination and the beginning-time of Gai Tu Gui Liu are import issues in the study of Tusi system. |
