教师培训运行机制的思考与实践

摘    要:运行机制是一种实践逻辑。成都市的教师培训建立了以下运行机制:在培训全程的组织安排上,是"合—分—合,螺旋上升";在每次培训的构成要素上,是"学—研—培,结为一体";在培训活动的心理层面上,是"知—行—悟,有机融合";在培训进程的操作环节上,是"导—习—用,有序展开"。

Abstract:Operation mechanism is a kind of practical logic.Teaching training in Chengdu sets up the following mechanism:as far as the whole training organization is concerned,the strategy is "gathering-dividing-gathering,spiral ascending";as to each training element,the strategy is "learning-researching-training,combination as a whole";with regard to mental aspect,the strategy is "knowing-acting-realizing,organic fusion";about operating stages,the strategy is "instructing-practicing-applying,orderly advance."
