农村实施素质教育:师源性障碍与泡沫管理

摘    要:农村实施素质教育难以取得实质性进展的一个重要原因是师源性障碍。师源性障碍表现为失范的师德、落后的教育观念、较低的专业素质、滞后的教师行为、消极的职业态度等。师源性障碍形成的土壤是泡沫管理。泡沫管理以胁迫性的管理方式和虚无性的管理内容形成了压抑性的工作环境、失落性的从教心理、被动性的从教状态。泡沫管理的实质是官僚主义。泡沫管理导致的严重后果是教育危机征象的凸显。农村教育发展急需解放教师。

Abstract:One of the reasons why it is difficult for the quality education to achieve substantive development in the rural areas is the teacher's negative influence on student's develoment,which manifests itself in the following aspects: teaching ethics out of norm, backward educational ideas, comparatively low professional quality, delayed teacher behavior and passive attitude towards their job. The barrier is caused by the bubble management which leads to the depressed working environment, hollow teaching psychology and passive teaching state as a result of the forced management way and empty management content. The essence of bubble management is bureaucracy causing the educational crisis. Therefore, we must set free teachers to develop the rural education.
