| 摘 要： | 运动员人力资本投资是一项高风险的投资,这种风险主要来自经济、政治、社会法律制度的变化等的风险、运动员人力资本自身特殊性所造成的风险以及体育运动本身的自然风险。为确保我国体育事业的健康发展,需要通过健全体育保险体系、加快体育管理体制改革和对运动员进行人力资本更新等措施来降低运动员人力资本的风险。

| Abstract: | Athletes'human capital investment has very high risk,which come from political,social and economical change,the speciality of athletes'human capital and sports itself.It is necessary to establish physical education insurance system,innovate our sports management system and to renew athletes'human capital in order to decrease the risk of athletes'human capital,which will accelerate the development of our Chinese sports. |
