摘    要:马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论所蕴涵的丰富而深刻的育人思想为马克思主义育人观的形成和确立奠定了坚实的理论基础、提供了充分的理论渊源。马克思主义育人观是马克思主义关于人的培养和教育的基本观点,包括在人的培养和教育过程中要达到的目标、实现途径及实现方式等,是关于实现人的全面发展或造就全面发展的人的科学世界观和方法论,是指导和推动社会主义育人事业健康发展的理论基础。

Abstract:Marxism's abundant and profound educational idea, which abstracted from Marxism's theory on people's development in an all- around way, lays the massy foundation and offers sufficient theory origin for the Marxism educational outlook. This outlook is the basic idea on peopleg cuhivation and education which consist of the objective, approach and pattern of the realization and so on. It is a scien- tific world outlook and methodology, and a basic theory which guides the socialism educational entelprise and pushes it forward healthi- ly as well.
