基于广东省的劳动力供给评估研究

广东近20多年经济发展迅速，作为经济增长主要源泉之一的劳动做出了巨大的贡献。本文在 DEA 的C2R 模型基础上,建立了一种评价劳动力供给效率 DEA 模型,并将其应用于广东省21个地级市的劳动力供给效率评价中，并给出了相应的技术效率、规模报酬、决策单元在生产前沿面上的“投影”和排名等。评价结果表明，广东省平均劳动力供给效率并不高，而且存在区域差异，经济较发达的珠三角地区劳动力供给效率要高于粤东、粤西和粤北地区。针对此状况，文章给出了相应的解释和政策建议。

Evaluation of Labor Supply Efficiency in Guangdong Province

Over the past 20 years,labor,which is the main source of economic growth,has made tremendous contribution to Guangdong's rapid economic development.Based on the DEA approach,we apply the C2R model to evaluate the labor supply efficiency of 21 cities in Guangdong.This paper points out the corresponding technical efficiency,returns to scale,the "projection" on the efficient frontier of the decision-making units and rank.On the basis of the evaluation results,it is found that the average labor supply efficiency in Guangdong is not high,and further,regional differences exist.Moreover,the labor supply efficiency of the Pearl River Delta area,which is more developed,is higher than that of the eastern part,the western part and the northern part of Guangdong.At the end,we attempt to give corresponding explanations and policy recommendations.
