我国专业体育教练员胜任特征模型的研究

摘    要:通过初步建立“我国专业体育教练员胜任特征词典”并对我国32名省级以上专业教练员(涉及11个项目)进行行为性事件访谈(BEI),初步建立了我国专业体育教练员胜任特征模型,并且对模型进行说明。我国专业体育教练员胜任特征模型为:知识的获得;团队意识;相信团队成员,促进合作;权威;自信;关注细节和关怀。

Abstract:Through making preliminary constitution on the competence dictionary of sports coaches of China and interview 32 provincial higher sports coaches relating to 11 sports events with the method of behavior events interview (BEI),this paper constituted the competence model of sports coaches in China and made an explanation on it.Finally,the research constituted the competent model of professional sports coaches in China:knowledge acquirement,teamwork,trust in colleague and cooperation promotion,authority,self-confidence,attention to detail and solicitude.
