| 摘 要： | 在社会转型期,政府与社会的良性互动是社会稳定与和谐的安全阀和助推器。文章以转型期社会为背景,阐述了政府与社会良性互动的意义和内涵,分析了我国当前政社互动存在的诸多困境,并从规范政府行为、壮大社会力量和通畅制度平台等方面提出了实现政社良性互动的对策选择。

| Abstract: | At the period of social transition,the positive government-society interaction is the pushing power for social stability and harmony.The paper,based on the transitional background,explained the meaning and connotation of the positive government-society interaction.Analyzing the dilemmas,the paper suggests solutions concerning regulating the governmental conduct,developing the social power and smoothing the communication. |
