摘    要:本文从图书馆人力资源优化配置的角度,分析了人员配置的弊端;阐述了人力资源配置的能级对应、优势定位、动态调节、内部为主原则,提出了图书馆人力资源应以个人———岗位动态配置为基础,分五个步骤进行实施。

Abstract:This text has analyzed drawback of personnel dispose in terms of rarional distribution of the manpower resources in library.Have explained that the energy correspomdence,adventage of resource distribution of manpower makes a reservtion,the trends are regulated.The inside is the main principle,Have proposed that the manpower resources of the library should be disposed based on the individual-the post trends.And it is divided into five measures to implement.
