新形势下高校财务管理面临的问题及对策研究

高校财务管理是高校组织自身财务活动，处理各种财务关系的一项经济管理工作，它涉及到学校的教学、科研、后勤等各个环节。目前，高校财务管理无论在观念、管理，还是人员素质等方面均存在很多不适应的地方，财务管理状况也不容乐观，高等院校在财务管理和核算方面出现诸多漏洞与弊端。因此，加强对高校财务管理重要性的认识，建立健全财务内控制度，提高财务管理工作的地位和水平，创新运行机制，充分发挥财务管理工作的作用，加强对高校财务风险的防范与控制，提高财务人员素质，对提高高校财务管理水平意义重大。本文分析了高校财务管理在新形势下存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。

The Problems and Countermeasure Research of College Financial Management Under the New Situation

College financial management is the economic management for colleges to organize their tl- nancial activities and deal with various financial relationships, which involves teaching,scientific research, and rear services,etc. At present,college financial management has many shortcomings,whether in the as- pects of concept, management, or personnel quality. The financial management situation is not optimistic. There are many loopholes and drawbacks in college financial management and accounting. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen financial management recognition,perfect financial internal control system,improve fi- nancial management status and level, innovate mechanism, give full play to the role of financial manage- ment, strengthen the prevention and control of financial risks, and improve the quality of financial person- nel. All the above is of great significance to improve the level of college financial management. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems existing in the college financial manage- ment under the new situation.
