摘    要:本文通过历时三年的行动研究,聚焦青海省首个学校社工站的发展历程,总结出在西部欠发达的青海地区开展本土化学校社会工作服务的经验:注重宣传;加强与服务学校的合作;强化社会工作督导作用;以整合视角,由点到面,由表至里推动专业服务。

Exploring the Localization of School Social Work --Based on the Practice in L School Social Work Station of Qinghai Province

Abstract:With three--years research, the experience about establlSialng school social work at Qingnal province has been accumulated and formed, laying emphasis on the first school social work station. Firstly, attaching more importance to propaganda, enhancing the cooperation with the supported school. Newly, in- tensifying super intendents' function. Finally,after rebuild angle of views,developing a professional service interiorly by means of viewing the situation as a whole instead of part of it.
