摘    要:机动车辆保险(以下简称车险)作为我国保险业的龙头及窗口险种,对财产险行业乃至整个保险行业都有极为重要的影响。因此,多年来车险条款及费率由监管部门制定,2007年部分条款由保险行业协会牵头制定,并在其严格管束下在全国实施。但是,伴随我国市场经济体制的完全确立,费率市场化的改革已经开始。本文在分析车险市场化改革对各市场主体产生的巨大影响,提出了各市场主体应对这一变革的基本对策和市场行为。

Abstract:Motor vehicle insurance (hereinafter referred to as auto insurance), as a leader and a window of Chings insurance industry, has great influence on property insurance sector and the insurance industry as a whole. As a result, over the years, auto insurance terms and rates are set by the regulatory authori- ties. In 2007 some provisions were developed by the insurance industry associations and implemented in the country under strict government scrutiny. However, as China's market economic system gradually estab- lished, the reforms on the market--controlled rate have begun. This article provided the fundamental strat- egies for the industry participants upon analyzing significant impact on these players from the auto insur- ance market reform.
