| 摘 要： | 人际和谐是思想政治教育的基础，思想政治教育的目标本质上就是促进人际和谐。中国具有深厚的传统人际和谐思想，人际和谐是思想政治教育的重要前提，同样，思想政治教育对人际和谐也具有重要的引导作用。因此，人际和谐与思想政治教育相互联系、相互促进、彼此协调。
