| Abstract: | The paper sets out to examine the present situation of Wuhan Institute of Technology and the national model standard. The demands of higher vocational teachers on forms, contents and implementations of training are studied with quantitative and qualitative approach in this paper. It aims to provide reliable foundation and feasible suggestion to the building of training system for higher vocational teachers scientifically. |
