| 摘 要： | 关于政府在社会经济发展中的作用问题,既是一个老问题,又是一个新问题。从日本经济长期低迷,到亚洲金融危机,无不反映这个古老问题在新形势所遇到的挑战。文章从经验论和实践论的角度,从东亚等后发国家以及我国现代化历程的实践中,力求找出某种带规律性或有启示意义的操作原则或思维导向。

| Abstract: | The significance of the Government in Economic Development is an old problem,as well as a new one.From the long low development of the Japanese economy to the Asian Economic Crisis,this problem confronts challenges under the new environment.From an empirical and practical angle,this article tries to find out certain kind of operating rules and orientation from the experiences of the developing countries in East Asia and our country's modernization drive. |
