| 摘 要： | 本文通过讨论高校学生工作在学生思想品德形成过程中所起的正确的引导作用、激发主动性作用和优化环境的作用 ,论证了学生工作对于学生思想品德形成的重要性。并分析了这种主导作用未能很好发挥的原因 ,以引起高校对学生工作的重视。

| Abstract: | The essay demonstrates the importance of ideological education in universities and college students during the formation of their ideology and character from the following three aspects: (1)its tight introductory role (2)its role to arouse the students initiative(3)its role to optimize the students educational circumstances. It also analyze the reasons why the introductory role of ideological education has failed to give, full play, urging universities and colleges to place move weight on place more weight on ideological education among students. |
