| 摘 要： | 高职初等教育专业人才培养模式的构建要以就业为导向，准确定位人才培养目标，坚持走产学研结合的专业改革发展道路。课程设置要突出小学教师职业特点，强化学生职业技能训练。要改革教学方法、手段和考试方式，强化学生能力的培养。要强化实践教学环节，培养学生实际动手能力。加快“双师”素质结构的师资队伍建设，以促进专业教学团队建设。
