Race Relations and Polycultural Sensitivity Training on College Campuses

The major factors contributing to racial strife on college campuses are discussed and different conceptualizations of appropriate race relations goals are reviewed. A number of widely used and/or exciting, new race relations training interventions are presented for use with students, faculty and adminsitrators. Institutional policies and faculty activities that would enhance poly-culturalism are also presented.
