摘    要:普通高校的运动员训练普遍存在设施较差、训练时间较短及学习压力较大等因素。实施运动训练与思想转化相结合的二元制方法,对运动员各项身体素质的加强、运动技术水平的提高和稳定的心理素质形成等,均取得了良好的成效。

Abstract:There are same problems of common universities in China on the backward in training facility and short in training time.Moreover,the special recruited sport-students have lower academic level and some difficulties in studying.Therefore,there are some dilemma between studying and training.This article is based on actual situation in my college and my personal experience in training sport-students,which put forward the binary way that combine body training with mode training.It is proved by practicing that this way is beneficial to raising body quailty and diathesis as well as sports level of sport-students,which is an effective way for sport-students to make a good sport level.
