| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现，有其深厚的伦理道德基础．表明了中国人民选择合理的生存方式和发展方式的道德追求。把实现人的全面发展作为其最高价值目标体现了伦理道德的基本要义，全面协调各方面的利益关系体现了伦理道德的基本要求，关注人与自然的和谐、顾厦后代的生存和发展则标志着伦理道德境界的提升。

| Abstract: | The scientific development concept is not only the main embodiment of worldview and methodology,which instruct development,but also shows the Chinese people's moral pursuit in their choice of reasonable ways of survival and development which was based upon deep-rooted ethical and moral foundations.Regarding people's all round development as the highest goal,the scientific development concept manifests the essential meaning of ethic;comprehensive coordination of various interest relationships points to the basic ethical requirement;proper attention to the harmonization between human and nature,with due consideration for the survival and development of future generations,marks an ethical promotion. |
