摘    要:教研组是学校校本教研开展和教学质量管理的基层组织,教研组的文化建设和制度建设是教研组发展的双翼。春田中学语文教研组通过文化建设营造和谐积极的教研氛围,激发教师专业发展意识;通过制度建设确保教研组工作方向,提高教研工作的质量和效率,为教学活动开展的科学性和可持续性提供保障。

Abstract:Teaching and research groups are the basic organizations of school-based teaching and research development and teaching quality management.The cultural construction and system construction of the teaching and research groups are the two wings of the development of the teaching and research groups.Chuntian Middle School Chinese Teaching and Research Group provides a guarantee for the scientific and sustainable development of teaching activities through cultural construction,creating a harmonious and positive atmosphere of teaching and research,and stimulating teachers’awareness of professional development.It ensures the direction of teaching and research group work,and improve the quality and efficiency of teaching through system construction.
