| 摘 要： | 古邮驿是我国古代封建政府“置邮传命”的需要。至清末，由于封建社会在矛盾以及邮驿制度自身不可克服的矛盾和弊端，致使其逐渐衰落，近代邮政的兴办恰逢其时。
