电子组装电路中故障检测与调试的常用技术

摘    要:实践表明,一个电子组装电路,即使按照设计的电路参数进行安装,往往也难于达到预期的效果。这是因为在设计时,不可能周全地考虑各种复杂的因素(如元件值的误差,组装者的实际技能,分布参数的影响等),必须通过安装后的测试和调整再加以改进,使电路达到预定的技术指标。因此,迅速、准确地分析、寻找、排除故障而调试好电路,对从事电子技术及其有关领域工作的人员来说,是不可缺少的实务技能。

Abstract:The practice proves that it is very difficult for an electronic assembling circuit to be fixed perfectly according to the designed parameter, which is because we can’t consider all compounding and factors then debug it, later improve it, in order to reach the expected technical index. Therefore, analyzing, searching, removing the obstacles and then debugging the circuit are the necessary skills to the worders who work on the electronic technology and the corresponding fields.
