| 摘 要： | 随着社会对人才质量要求的提高,对高职院校的毕业生也提出了更高的要求。通过具体的工作实践,分析高职毕业生就业指导中存在的毕业生就业焦虑、眼高手低、择业存在偏差等问题,提出要端正择业态度,加强职业规划指导,客观认识现实,不断提高自身的素质和技能,为更好的就业奠定良好的基础。

| Abstract: | Along with the social requirement improvement for talents quality,vocational college graduates are given higher request.Through the concrete work practice,this paper analyzes the existing problems to employment guidance in higher vocational graduates,such as employment anxiety,thoughts above his business career,deviation of employment,etc.this paper puts forward the choosing profession must have correct attitude,enhance professional planning guidance,objectively understand the reality,and constantly improve their own quality and skill,to lay the good foundation for better employment. |
