| Abstract: | In this paper, a method of Microwave -Assisted Extraction (MAE) is used to extract the ingredients of garlic and it has been compared with the traditional method. The method has many advantages, shch as short time, high productivity, easy operating, saving energy, et al. It is showed that the efficiency of MAE is more than 1000 times as much as that of Soxhelt and it can save energy 600 fold. |
