试论情报价值及价值取向

本文通过对情报价值的分析,阐述了情报价值与情报主客体的关系,说明情报价值的实质问题,情报价值取向正确与否是实现情报的正价值和负价值的关键所在,并认为情报价值的实现就是情报实践。
