| Abstract: | FLD/IFL in normal universities mainly undertakes the education of FL teachers and ELTM plays an important and irreplaceable role,which is the core course in English Teaching Profession.The paper studies and summarizes the teaching experience and successful practice of Cultivation Mode for FL teachers in normal universities and specially offers some teaching methods and measures for strengthening the practical ability of the teacher talents. |
