浅谈医院人事档案管理中存在的问题及对策

人力资源是医院提升医疗服务水平的关键,是医院最重要的资源。医院人事档案管理是人力资源管理的基本工作之一,对于提高医院人力资源管理水平起着关键的作用。目前,全国医院普遍存在人事档案管理的基础条件不足、管档人员选配不适当、信息化水平低、人事档案动态管理的水平不高等问题,所以医院应提高人事档案意识,建立健全人事档案管理工作各项规章制度,进行人事档案信息化管理,重视档案管理人员的选拔和培养,建立医院人事档案动态管理机制,以促进医院人事档案管理水平的提高。

The Investigate of Hospital Personnel Records Management Problems and Countermeasures

Human resource is the key factor to develop the service of hospital.Personnel files management is the base of human resource management.Nowadays,there are some problems of the personnel files management of the hospital of China.Such as poor condition of personnel files management,unqualified personnel files management staff,low informatization of personnel files management,lack of dynamic management of personnel files management.In order to develop the personnel files management of hospital,the hospital should make the staff know the importance of personnel files management,make the rule perfect,improve informatizaion,appoint qualified staff,and emphasis dynamic management of personnel files management.
