基于战略群组理论的行业竞争格局分析——以中国保险行业为例

本研究基于战略群组的基本理论,以2004-2008年间中国保险行业公司为样本,关注战略群组的结构特征及其对企业绩效的影响,展开了围绕战略群组的3方面研究:首先,通过实证结果验证各个战略群组之间存在显著的绩效差异;其次,行业内战略群组的数量和成员构成是随时间不断变化的,同时,由于共同认知与移动壁垒的存在,企业在不同战略群组之间的移动率较低,表明战略群组是一种动态又稳定的竞争结构;最后,通过对行业内几个典型的战略群组竞争战略的剖析,使战略群组真正成为帮助企业进行行业竞争结构分析的有效工具。本研究的结论对于促进相关研究与企业管理实践的发展均有一定价值。
