| 摘 要： | 远程开放教育的实施离不开技术手段的支撑。现代的远程开放教育综合了计算机网络、卫星、有线通讯、多媒体等多种技术支撑，使学生在数字化环境下进行交互式的学习。本文从多媒体、网络、虚拟现实等三个方面论述了基层电大进行远程开放教育的技术支持，然后以长沙电大为例，从课件制作、多媒体数据传输、交互实现等技术支持方面进行了说明。

| Abstract: | Distance education can't be implemented efficiently without the support of modern technical means which integrates computer network,satellites,cable communication,multimedia,which make students carry on interactive learning.The article discusses how to offer technical support in regional RTUs from three aspects:media,network and fictitous reality.Then the auther gives Changsha RTU as an example to expoud further how to offer technical support from the making of courseware,the transferring of multimedia data and interactive implementation. |
