| 摘 要： | 科技发展是推动人类道德进步的重要动力。在肯定科技发展对道德进步具有推动作用的同时．不能忽视科技发展成果会被不正当地利用，从而阻碍破坏了人类道德进步，诱发了某些道德堕落现象。为使科技更好地造福人类，必须借助于道德与法制来制约不良的科技行为．从而使科技与道德实现最高层次的统一与协调发展。

| Abstract: | Science and technology is the most important power which promotes the advancement of morality of the human beings.The paper affirms its function of advancing,meanwhile it tells us we should not neglect the fact that the technological production would be used wrongfully, and the advancement would be restricted and place a premium on some facts of morality degenerate. In order to make the science and technology do its best to benefit the human beings, the paper tells us we must restrict the bad activity of science and technology by dint of morality and legal system so that the science and technology can be made to realize the development uniformly and harmoniously. |
