| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设是专业建设三大支柱中的关键因素之一,也是影响精品课程建设的决定因素,要建设精品课程必须有一支优秀的教师队伍,同时精品课程建设也对教师队伍的整体提升起着积极的作用。通过精品课程与师资队伍建设的探索与实践,提出高职教师要人人参与专业建设、人人实践课程建设的思路,对师资队伍从培养、实行目标考核等几方面进行建设、完善,从而形成优秀的教师团队,促进高职院校精品课程建设,达到提升内涵建设的目的。

| Abstract: | Teachers team construction is one of key factors of the professional construction ,which is the decision factors of the high-quality course construction. Building high-quality curriculum must have excellent teachers, and at the same time, the construction of excellent courses plays a positive role for improving teacher＇s quality. In order to train excellent teachers, Promote the high-quality course construction and improve connotation construction, we explore and practice that everyone Participate in Professional construction and practice Course construction. |
