改革教学方法 培养创新人才

在对专业教学内容的特点和现有教学方法进行分析的基础上,以创新人才培养为目标,吸收现有各种教学方法的精华,提出了专业课程教学的复合式教学方法,从教材改革、考试方式改革以及教师素质建设等几方面提出了全面的建设性意见,并对我国高职教育在注重实践教学的同时如何适度开展基础教育提出了看法。文章特别强调了教学方法改革对培养创新人才的重要作用。

Reforming the Teaching Methods and Training the Innovative Talents

On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of teaching content and the current teaching methods, aiming at training the innovative talents, the author brings forward a composite type of teaching method in the teaching of major courses by absorbing the essence of different types of teaching methods. The thesis gives overall constructive advices in the aspects of teaching material reform, testing method reform and teachers＇ quality construction, and views on developing the quality education as well as laying importance on practical training. The thesis also emphasizes the important role of reforming the teaching method to train the innovative talents.
