| 摘 要： | 高校国防教育是全民国防教育的一部分,也是大学生素质教育的重要途径.文章在总结当前国防教育现实意义的基础上,提出高校国防教育对于提高大学生思想道德素质、科学文化素质和身心健康素质都有重要推动作用,并在分析我国国防教育现状的基础上,提出了成立专门的管理机构,建立高素质的师资队伍,保障国防教育经费的持续投入,实现教育形式多样化等措施和意见.
