| 摘 要： | 取消农业税,是党中央、国务院统揽全局,着眼长远,与时俱进做出的重大战略举措,充分体现了党中央、国务院加快"解决""三农"问题的坚定决心,是一件利国利民的大好事。但它同时带来了诸多问题,因此必须以深化改革来解决"三农"问题。

| Abstract: | Abolishing agricultural tax is a significant strategy implemented by the State Council of China,which shows the firm determination of Chinese government to settle the three problems about countryside,agriculture and farmers.It is a great deed benefiting both to the country and farmers,but at the same time it brings a vari- ety of problems.Therefore,further agricultural reformation will be conducted to solve these problems. |
