| 摘 要： | 本文从理论和实践方面探讨了实施资源共享的运行机制问题,介绍了甘肃省科技文献共享平台建设的背景、管理模式及建设步骤,并针对目前在推进平台建设方面存在的“瓶颈”问题,提出和分析了采用利益平衡机制的重要性、原则、内容及其具体构建方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author first analyzes information resources-sharing mechanism in theory and in practice, then introduces the background, management model and the constitution steps of scientific literature resource sharing platform in Gansu province. Aiming at the bottle-neck of the platform, the paper analyzes and puts forward importance, principles, contents and construction methods of adopting benefit balance mechanism. |
