摘    要:传统的翻译教学理念陈旧、方法单一,规范化意识不强。教师多以语言功能原则为导向,重点关注语言的音、字、词、句、语法等微观结构,试图借大量机械的翻译练习和西方翻译理论的灌输让学生获得翻译技能,效果不佳。全球化的浪潮和"中国崛起"的新语境对传统的翻译教学提出了更高的要求,需要用多层规范化意识来全面实现翻译的文化调停功能。要克服传统的翻译教学缺陷,提高翻译教学质量,必须在翻译教学中建构和导入政治、语言、文化和审美等多层面上的规范化意识。

Abstract:Translation Teaching constitutes an integral part of the foreign language teaching.The conventional translation teaching is kind of old-fashioned and stereotyped in conception,simplified in methodology and insufficient in the norm awareness.Teachers,more often than not,orient towards the linguistic function philosophy by laying stress on the microstructure of the language,particularly sounds,letters,words,sentences and syntax,etc,and try hard to indoctrinate the students with the so-called translation skills by compulsively imposing so great a deal of mechanical translation exercises and the Western translation theories on them,but to no avail.Against the backdrop of the wave of the globalization and in the brand-new context of "China's rising",which sets higher requirements for the conventional translation teaching,so it entails the multi-layered norm ideaology to bring the cultural mediation function of translation into the full realization.In overcoming the conventional translation teaching defects and improving the translation teaching quality,we deem it necessary to incorporate the constructing and introduction of the multi-layered norm ideaology into the translation teaching by paying equal attention to such factors as politics,linguistics,culture and aesthetic judgment.
