| Abstract: | The modern education brings opportunities to the head teacher -it frees the teacher from the utter exhaustion as well as brings challenge to the head teacher -it makes the teacher change his educational concepts, expand his educational contents, improve his teaching methods and promote his personal character and self-cultivation. The modern education also puts forward higher requirements for the teacher, he should pay close attention to the times, open his eyes to the whole world and the society, study all the time, renew the knowledge again and again. |
