| 摘 要： | 我国高等职业教育发展面临着提升教育质量的现实需求,然而,经费短缺、师资力量薄弱、生源质量下降等一系列制约因素成为影响教育质量提升的瓶颈。深入思考和探讨我国现行高职教育政策保障机制,加强高职教育政策研究,进一步完善和改进高职教育政策保障机制,充分发挥政策的导向作用,对于加快高等职业教育的改革与发展,全面提高高等职业教育质量,具有十分重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education are faced with the reality demand to improve the quality in China.However,a series of constraints,such as shortage of funds,poor teachers’ qualifications,declinations in the quality of students’ derivations,become the bottleneck.to affect the quality of education.It is of great practical significance.for us to think about and explore current protection mechanism of the vocational education policy deeply,to strengthen the vocational education policy research,further refine and improve the protection mechanism for vocational education policy and give full play to the role of policy-oriented so as to speed up the reform and development of higher vocational education and improve the quality of higher vocational education comprehensively. |
