制备扫描隧道显微镜针尖的电路设计

摘    要:为了获得质量较好,经济实惠的扫描隧道显微镜针尖,设计了利用电化学腐蚀法制备针尖的控制电路.该电路包括直流腐蚀控制电路和交流腐蚀控制电路,以及利用比较器实现直流控制电路向交流电路跳转的控制电路.经过计算机仿真实验表明随着腐蚀进行,预设实际电压大于预设参考电压时,可以实现比较器反转和交流腐蚀,达到预设的功能,说明该控制电路可以制备理想的扫描隧道显微镜所用的钨针尖.

Abstract:In order to get the good quality and economical tip of scanning tunueling microscope,an electronic circuit design of fabricating tip with the electrochemistry corrosion is investigated.These electric circuits conclude the direct current electronic circuit,alternating current electronic circuit and the electric circuits which skip from the direct current to alternating current by the comparator.The emulator experiments show that the comparator is inverted when the voltage is higher than preinstall voltage and the alternating current corrosion is realized.The circuit meets the targets and the need expected.
