| 摘 要： | 我国已经进入高等教育大众化的阶段,高等教育质量问题受到越来越多人的关注。本文从大学这一高等教育系统中最高层次的机构入手,分析大学三项职能的发挥,进而得出要树立适用性、多样性、发展性的多元化高等教育质量观的论断。

| Abstract: | China has entered the popular stage of higher education,the issue of quality of higher education got more concerns from people.This paper started from the university which is the highest setup of higher education system,analysed three functions of the university,Then the paper drew the conclusion that the quality view of higher education which contains applicability,diversity and development should be built up. |
