| 摘 要： | 在20世纪20年代,我国公立大学将美国大学董事会制度引入到实践层面,产生了不同的反响.董事会制度的设立,一方面适应了当时的形势要求,为有些学校的发展提供了支持;另一方面也带来了董事会与政府、校长、教授在治校上的矛盾.而正是后者导致了它的失败.
