| 摘 要： | 采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了多菌灵和井冈霉素及其复配剂对水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia Sola-ni)的毒力,并用W adley增效比率法评价2种杀菌剂的联合作用。试验结果表明,当多菌灵:井冈霉素按1:4,1:9的比例混配时,其协同作用比率分别为2.27和1.60,表现为增效作用。

| Abstract: | A mycelial growth inhibition assay was used to determine the toxicity of Carbendazim and Validamycin and their mixtures to Rhizoctonia solani.The method of Wadley was used to estimate the synergistic interaction of fungicides in mixtures.The results showed that the mixtures in 1:4 and 1:9 had synergistic interaction,and the joint synergetic ratios were 2.27 and 1.60. |
