| Abstract: | Bijie Prefecture is a former revolutionary base area inhabited by mimority nationalities as well as a remote and border area which is poverty-stricken. The practice of gymnastic industrialization is the only way to accelerate the physical culture in our prefecture. It is advisable for the government officials at all levels and sports participants to change the traditional conceptions. |
