| 摘 要： | 在职业教育发展进程中,遇到了一系列的问题,诸如办学条件、师资队伍建设、课程体系、毕业生就业等。要解决以上矛盾,必须多渠道筹措经费,增加职业教育的投入;加强师资队伍建设,培养“双师型”教师;深化课程改革,加强实践教学;推行就业准入制度,拓宽毕业生就业渠道。
